Ideares srl organizes one of the most important Italian food festival: the Gola Gola! Food & People Festival held in Parma UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy every year the first weekend of June.

After the success of Gola Gola! Food & People Festival, Ideares srl has expanded its activity to the organization of corporate events and consultancy to public bodies for the elaboration of territorial strategies and development of communication plans.
Thanks to the partnership with Areaitalia, a communication agency active for over 25 years, Ideares has the skills and experience gained in events in Italy and abroad.

Ideares, a young and dynamic company based in Parma, proposes itself to the various stakeholders – public institutions, companies, cultural associations – with creative, innovative proposals and with competent support, attentive to customer needs.

Emanuela Dallatana
After a twenty-year experience in the marketing of national and multinational companies in Italy, Germany and USA, at the end of the 90s she began his career as a business consultant for PMI in the marketing and commercial areas.
She collaborated as a researcher and trainer with Cermes Università Bocconi Milano, University of Parma, IFOA Reggio Emilia and CISITA Parma.
Her clients include Italian and international companies belonging to the most diverse business sectors, from food to distribution, from financial services to beauty products, with various projects: new markets opening, new products launch, sales networks activation and individual coaching and training.

He is actively involved in the Laboratory of Marketing of the Parma University.

Elisa Storti
Graduated in Economics and Marketing at the University of Parma, she began her career as head of Area Nielsen 1 points of sale (with Lombardy focus) within the beverage galaxy for the Sab Miller Group, following and developing the Birra Peroni brand . The natural predisposition to hcustomer management has increased within the Braga group (European industry leader in semi-finished wood) dealing with the commercial and marketing sector for Bragapan Srl. In this position, she also assumed responsibility for the management and communication of spin-off initiatives of the group (hospitality and restaurants). The natural and subsequent transition was the engagement at Ideares, where she contributed to the successful of the GolaGola Festival editions and she develops new businesses, taking the role of Key Account Manager.
